The OSAR Program (Outreach, Screening, Assessment, and Referral) at the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department helps individuals and families access treatment and recovery support for substance use disorders. In partnership with Tropical Texas Behavioral Health, we are working together to expand access to quality behavioral health services delivered with respect, dignity, cultural sensitivity, and a focus on recovery.
