🏗️ Edinburg EDC and Brownstone Consultants met with the Ebony Hills Golf Course Advisory Board, City Manager’s staff, Parks & Rec, and Mayor Omar Ochoa to share a project update on the Workforce Resource Center and new Clubhouse.

Our Executive Director, Raudel Garza, opened the meeting by reflecting on how this project started and how it’s now coming to life for our community.

Brownstone highlighted exciting progress, next steps, and the momentum that this project continues to build as we work toward a facility that will support workforce development and serve our community for years to come! ⛳

📈 Big Growth in Edinburg!

The City of Edinburg just released its October 2025 construction report, showing more than 32% growth in citywide development compared to last year. With over $364 million in permit valuations so far, Edinburg continues to see strong residential, multi-family, and commercial activity — a clear sign of our city’s momentum and growing opportunities.
