Action Janitorial Service
Action Janitorial Service started in 1994, as a partnership. Margaret Cole bought out her partner, and took over as a sole proprietor in 1996. In June of 1999, we became BRMF Inc. dba Action Janitorial Service. Mrs. Cole sold the company to her Office Manager, Linda Ruiz in 2015. It is a woman owned business, and we were HUB certified in 2002.
Linda Ruiz has over 10 years of experience in the janitorial industry. She also owned Made 2 Clean before buying and merging with Action Janitorial Service. Presently we employ about twenty employees. We do background checks and random drug testing on all our employees. We also have policy and procedure manuals that all our employees must read and understand.
The services we currently perform include, but are not limited to janitorial services to state agencies, lawyers’ offices, insurance offices, car rental agencies, doctors’ offices, Department of Human Services offices, and Federal buildings. Also window cleaning, stripping and waxing of the floors and carpet washing. Action Janitorial Service is bonded, insured and carries worker’s compensation insurance on our employees. Action Janitorial Service takes pride in our extremely high quality of service. We guarantee our work.
