💡 Glow bright! Add glow sticks or reflective gear so everyone can see those awesome costumes.
🚸 Stay on the spooky path! Walk on sidewalks and cross at corners.
🍽️ Full tummies first! A good dinner = fewer sugar crashes later.

😣 Uh-oh! Sore throats are going around!
If your little one says “it hurts to swallow,” it might be a cold or maybe something like strep throat.

Keep them cozy:
🍵 Warm soup or tea
🍦 Cool treats for comfort
💧 Lots of fluids and rest

If your child has a fever, trouble swallowing, or white patches on their throat, stop by for a check-up!
We can do a quick strep test to help them feel better fast 💙
