On this International Day of Yoga, let us return to the most powerful tool we all carry within us—the breath. In a world that moves fast and demands more, our breath invites us to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the stillness inside.

Each inhale draws in life.
Each exhale releases what no longer serves.
Through conscious breathing—pranayama—we anchor the mind, calm the nervous system, and align with our true nature.

Anti-Inflammatory Carrot & Ginger Detox Soup (Liver & Digestive Support)

Ingredients:
• 4 carrots, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1-inch ginger root, grated
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a pot, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in olive oil.
2. Add chopped carrots, turmeric, and broth. Simmer until soft (15–20 min).
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Serve warm with black pepper.

Benefits: Reduces inflammation, supports the liver, and aids digestion.
