Happy Easter Weekend! Just like finding those hidden Easter eggs, the key to feeling your best is uncovering those hidden eggs in your spine (misalignments/subluxations).

A Chiropractic adjustment removes those eggs (subluxations) from their hiding spots—once you find them and remove them, it can unlock better movement, balance, and overall health.

🥗 LUNCHTIME RESET CHALLENGE 🥗

Try this at lunch time today after you’ve been sitting at work all morning!

Take 5 minutes on your lunch break and knock out these 3 simple stretches to reset your body, improve flexibility, and feel better this afternoon.

⸻

✅ 1. Neck Reset (Upper Trap Stretch)

👉 Gently tilt your head to one side
👉 Use your hand to apply light pressure
👉 Hold for 15–20 seconds each side

Why it matters:

Sitting = forward head posture = tight neck = headaches & stiffness

✅ 2. Seated Spinal Twist
👉 Sit tall in your chair
👉 Rotate your torso to one side
👉 Hold the back of your chair for support

👉 Hold 15–20 seconds each side

Why it matters:

Wakes up your spine after being stuck in one position all morning

✅ 3. Hip Flexor Opener (Standing Lunge Stretch)

👉 Step one foot back into a lunge
👉 Keep your chest upright
👉 Feel the stretch in the front of your hip
👉 Hold 20–30 seconds each side

Why it matters:

Sitting tightens your hips → leads to low back pain
