Thursday night marked NJ Devils Autism Acceptance Night x
Legacy Empowerment Services: Year Two 🤩🏒

This event was a powerful reminder that sportsmanship 🤝 means making sure the game belongs to everyone.

A huge thank you to the New Jersey Devils for hosting such a meaningful and inclusive night!

We are already looking forward to next season and continuing to build this tradition of inclusion together!

Did you know that in New Jersey, the rate of homelessness continues to climb week-over-week? 🤯

➡️ Legacy Empowerment Services recently attended the Supportive Housing Association of NJ (SHA) in-person membership meeting, and the message was clear: we cannot solve a systemic crisis with siloed efforts.

At Legacy, we believe that lasting change in housing stability comes from working together 🤝 Our Housing Supports Program (HSP) brings our expertise together with partners like SHA, to create real pathways to home.

It’s about more than just a roof 🏠 it’s about building long term stability and community support.

🙌 Grateful for this network of professionals dedicated to making ‘Home’ a reality for all New Jerseyans.

✍️ Emerging Poet Alert

✨ Sharon, a longtime Legacy participant, took a brave step into the literary world by entering her very first poetry competition. Her poem advanced to the semifinals of the Natural Amateur Poetry Competition, and she’s been invited to have her work featured in official publications. Sharon writes from the heart, inspired by her faith, community, and lived experiences.

Sensory Friendly Car Show 2025 🤩

Thank you to ALL who made this event possible! To all of the amazing participants, Saddle Brook Angels, Saddle Brook Community Partnership, Saddle Brook Township, Robert White, Saddle Brook Police Department, Saddle Brook DPW, and our wonderful and dedicated team here at Legacy Empowerment Services. We could not have done it without each and every one of you!

From classic cars to motorcycles to trucks and everything in between, we had such an incredible selection of vehicles on display. The variety and creativity truly made this year’s show one to remember! 💛

🏆 Congratulations to all of our award winners! Your passion shined brightly and made the night truly unforgettable.
