Last year saw several legislative wins for community pharmacy. 💪 As we ease into 2026, let’s revisit some of the biggest champions from 2025:

1. Arkansas HB 1150: Requires a PBM to decide if they want to be a PBM or pharmacy but does not allow for both—the first of its kind: https://tinyurl.com/4kj64duj

2. Montana HB 740: Mandates a NADAC + $15 minimum professional dispensing fee, subject to an annual increase based on the consumer price index: https://tinyurl.com/zpddzp6e

3. Georgia HB 196: Includes a reimbursement floor with a professional dispensing fee for chain pharmacies. By keeping dispensing fees comparable, the law helps prevent inadvertent steering of patients to chain pharmacies: https://tinyurl.com/2j3sjvuh
