You may have noticed a new friendly face at the front desk over the past few weeks, we’re excited to officially introduce Lacee Foster, our new Front Office Coordinator at Echo 🎉🎊

Lacee has several years of experience in patient-facing healthcare roles and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and making sure every patient feels comfortable and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of three who enjoys family time, relaxing with a good show, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

And today is also Lacee’s birthday! 🎉

Help us give her a warm Echo welcome and wish her a happy birthday when you see her in the clinic 🥳

Our very own Kaylie Reagan () presented her sports residency research at CSM in Anaheim, work completed during her time at Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute.

Her study focused on how bone structure affects shoulder motion interpretation in baseball players with UCL injuries.

⚾️ Understanding anatomy helps us better assess, treat, and protect throwing athletes.

🙄 Free to fail 🙄

Did we make this post to make ourselves feel better about not being as athletic as our patients…⁉️

In a real way though, ‘failed’ reps & big challenges should be happening in your rehab - you’ve got to push yourself in a meaningful way to get to where you want to be. If you’re never challenging yourself enough to where ‘failing’ is a possibility, are you working hard enough?

❌ One size doesn’t fit all ❌

We’re highlighting two of our UCO wrestlers & .gilbert_2 working on a regression of a reactive shooting drill.

Both are elite athletes.
Both are moving well.
Both are doing it ‘right’ despite their movement looking completely different.

There’s no single “correct way” to move. One of the things we pride ourselves in at Echo Sports is individualizing our treatments and meeting our athletes where they’re at, not just copy & paste programming.

Here are a few unique ideas you can try to challenge the dynamic stability of your shoulders/elbows/wrists. Whether you’re coming back from labral surgery, Tommy John, or TFCC surgery you’ve got to have dynamic stability in your upper body.

Huge thank you to Scott Hennessey, manager of the Oklahoma City Comets and affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, for trusting us as the home of his offseason physical therapy.

Beyond his own rehab, Scott consistently took time to invest in the young athletes in our clinic - offering insight, perspective, and mentorship on what it truly means to be a professional.

We’re grateful for the relationship, the trust, and we look forward to seeing him back on the field this season and back on the pickleball courts soon. 💪

Wrapping up our 2025 internship and we couldn’t be more grateful for and his impact this year.

Carson raised the bar. From expanding our digital footprint and building out our YouTube exercise library, to improving patient education videos and developing an ACL Playbook we’ll now give to our athletes, his reach is everywhere.

He stepped up as our IT coordinator for the Winter Combine, helped with construction at our new facility, and did it all while completing his own rehab.

Proud of the standard you set and grateful for everything you poured into Echo. Excited to see what’s next for your playing career & beyond! ⚾️

From Echo Sports PT ➡️ college campuses all over the country 🌎

This summer we had the privilege of working with over 60 athletes across baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, football, and soccer, helping them recover from injuries like UCL tears, ACL reconstructions, and shoulder labrum repairs, while also building strength and performance. 💪
