Wrapping up our 2025 internship and we couldn’t be more grateful for and his impact this year.

Carson raised the bar. From expanding our digital footprint and building out our YouTube exercise library, to improving patient education videos and developing an ACL Playbook we’ll now give to our athletes, his reach is everywhere.

He stepped up as our IT coordinator for the Winter Combine, helped with construction at our new facility, and did it all while completing his own rehab.

Proud of the standard you set and grateful for everything you poured into Echo. Excited to see what’s next for your playing career & beyond! ⚾️

🚨 ACL REHAB COURSE

We’re excited to host an ACL Rehabilitation Weekend Course at our new facility and bring to Oklahoma City for two days of high-level ACL content 🧠💪

This course is built for PTs, PTAs, ATs, and students who want to go beyond basic post-op protocols and confidently rehab ACL athletes from surgery ➡️ return to sport.

🔍 What you’ll learn:
• Serial strength & force testing (not just end-stage testing)
• Hand-held dynamometry & torque calculations
• Intro to isokinetic testing
• Force plate metrics & asymmetry interpretation
• Programming ACL rehab across every phase
• Restoring quad force, RTD, and elastic capacity
• Return-to-sport testing you can apply immediately

2025 Combine Recap 🏟️

This year’s Baseball Winter Combine was our biggest yet! We had a record number of volunteers, athletes, and donations and we couldn’t be more grateful.

With the help of incredible student volunteers from OCU and OU DPT programs, we were able to run a full testing battery measuring mobility, strength, power, and speed, while collecting meaningful data to help guide each athlete’s development.

Even more importantly, this event supports the Village Fire Department and Oklahoma Family Support 360’s food & toy drive.

⚾️💪 Tommy John Rehab 💪⚾️

Tommy John recovery is a long road with plenty of ups and downs. It’s important to ride the waves as they come and meet your arm where it’s at - putting in the right work at the right time in the right way.

Here’s a glimpse into a session with one of our college pitchers, an example of how we might modify a session within an evolving training week. In this case, had already lifted and thrown this day & had recently thrown a bullpen, so we modified his session to be a little lighter and recovery focused!

Good arm care isn’t just about band work & pitch counts, it’s about managing the entire athlete & stress profile as it evolves.

And we thought throwing progressions were fun! Turns out we work on athletes’ legs too! showing off some of his kicking progressions as he works his way back from knee surgery.

Echo Sports PT is honored to partner again with The Village Fire Department to support the Oklahoma Family Support 360 Center, a program that provides essential resources and care for local families in need.

We’re collecting:

From Echo Sports PT ➡️ college campuses all over the country 🌎

This summer we had the privilege of working with over 60 athletes across baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, football, and soccer, helping them recover from injuries like UCL tears, ACL reconstructions, and shoulder labrum repairs, while also building strength and performance. 💪
