I want to challenge each of you to take the Thankful Challenge. Be intentional about it.
Start a thankful journal. Write down all the things you are thankful for. Ponder on them. Sit with them for awhile.
Say them out loud!
This little exercise can change your life. Change your mindset.
Speak thankfulness all month! Let it become a habit that you will carry into the next month, and the next month and the next.
It will become a habit and you will see a change.
