Meet Sarah!❤️

My yoga journey started 8 years ago in a small local fitness studio. I attended an intimate class that sparked a fire that is still burning today. I trained under esteemed Indian practitioners from Siddhi Yoga offering a deeply rooted, holistic approach to yoga that blends physical postures, breathwork, & meditation. Through this journey, I have discovered my love for arm balances, amazing benefits of restorative yoga, quiet stillness of meditation, and a passion for sharing with others.

Thanksgiving is Just Around the Corner!! 🦃

And with that comes a lot of fun food, rest, activities, and more.

Here is what you should be prepared for to stay as balanced as you can that holiday week.
1. Stay Hydrated through the day
It’s so important with the busy hustle and bustle of cooking and spending time with family to forget to drink water!
1. Eat a balanced breakfast
Eating a healthy and balanced diet so you can feel energized and ready for the rest of the day.
1. Controlled portions and take time chewing
Sometimes during the holidays we can just grab a huge plate and scarf it down. But what you can do is take smaller plates separate your foods and take your time chewing so those calories burn effectively to help you not grow tired and sick.
1. Stay active!
Staying active during the holidays is always a great suggestion to burn the fats and sugars of the thanksgiving food!

Reliving last week's Halloween fun at our annual Glow Party!

We enjoyed a great time with Zumba and Barre Hybrid, dancing all night and gaining knowledge about health and cosmetics afterward with Bonny and Bliss.

Holding a pose for longer than 1 minute!

I know that can sound intimidating, but holding a yoga pose for longer than 1 minute can be adapted to any level you’re at in yoga.

That said, when you maintain a position at your own pace, it helps access the deep spaces of tissue and fascia, strengthening those areas and boosting your overall strength and flexibility.

And what class does this? Restorative Yoga! The name says it all 🤣 Want to try a restorative class? Come join us on Sundays at 2:15pm!

Using the Barre!

Using the barre can be one of the most challenging parts of a Barre workout. It provides stability and structure, helping to align your body during movements.

Pilates generally focuses on creating proper alignment and strengthening muscles that are often neglected in typical workouts. However, Barre introduces a unique element that emphasizes working your entire body, while Pilates mainly concentrates on the core.
