If you’re looking for more cardio, to get back on track before summer, and gain strength/stamina, this series is for you!

Let’s talk HIIT! It stands for “high intensity interval training.” You can expect a warmup, cardio burst, upper, then lower body, and core strengthening with cardio intervals mixed in between each section. One final cardio push and a cooldown. All to upbeat music!🎶
