During pregnancy, have you experienced pain when walking, standing up from a chair, or when rolling over in bed? 🧐

The round ligament can get extremely tight and painful as the belly starts to grow and stretch. If the round ligament tightens, this can cause torsion of the uterus and intra-uterine restraints. When it occurs, baby can become malpositioned.

The round ligament pain you are feeling, mama, might seem common to pregnancy, but it is not normal. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Did you know that a baby’s brain 👶🏽 🧠 doubles in size in the first two years of life?! Not only are they having fun exploring, but their brain is BUSY developing at a rapid 🏃‍♀️💨 pace. Each milestone gives us a great peek at whether they are experiencing normal body + brain development.
