I was new to hearing aids. My wife was getting frustrated with my hearing loss. So I checked with my insurance and had coverage with TruHearing through Humana. TruHearing set me up with Dr. Hough. I was skeptical having heard from friends aids don't work, expensive, I don't wear them any more, bla bla...
I am VERY glad I went to see Dr. Hough. He and his staff really care about your hearing and finding a way to improve it. He checks everything carefully. Shows you the computer readouts and explains everything. I bought the aids. He carefully fitted them, tested them on me and made fine tuning adjustments. I LOVE them. I can make my own adjustments with my IPhone and he has helped me get to use them to their full potential. They even have an option to connect to your TV! If you have hearing loss, go see Dr. Hough. “I've had three pair of hearing aids previous to the pair I just purchased from Dr. Hough. These are less expensive than the others but work better than any of the others. We are all anxious for the FDA to pass it’s guidelines for over the counter hearing aids. Bose, a company who makes quality sound products had jumped into the OTC hearing aid market. Yesterday, they announced they were dropping out of the market. Today Noopel, has dropped out too. At Hearing Care by Hough, we will continue to watch the market and do diligent research so we may offer you the finest and most appropriate devices for your hearing loss.

Call Captioning enables people to see captions for Alexa calls in near real time. When you turn on the feature, supported Alexa devices will display captions for Alexa calls including Drop Ins.
Follow the steps below:
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the navigation tray.
Select Settings from the top right corner.
Scroll down to Accessibility.
Select Call Captioning to toggle on.
Call Captioning is available on Echo Show (2nd Gen), Echo Show 5, Echo Show 8, and Echo Spot
