Guys.. when I say 2025 has been rough. It’s been ROUGH! Lots of lessons, lots of compression, lots of lost feelings, lots of devastation, lots of loss of control, lots of trusting the process, lots of holding tight, lots and lots of hard times.

I have learned SOOOO MUCH this year. I have learned more of who I am and what im willing to allow and learned to set hard boundaries I never even imagined I would even have to set. I have learned compassion through chaos. I have learned to breathe when I feel like I’m drowning in chaos. This year has been TOUGH. But we are still swimming.

I’ve really had no choice but to put a pause on metapop, go into hiding, and get out of this black knight as whole as possible.

I’m close. I’ll be back soon. You can bet that when I come out of my cocoon. I’ll be dropping some hot stuff. And no it won’t just be my ass 😂🤪

I place my feet on the earth and welcome you to join me. With each breath we return to the present moment. With each heart beat may we remember we belong. We find stillness under the sky, listening to the birds, the wind, the quiet. Let’s sit with the trees and let their calm also become ours. Send your worries to the soil, let the sun warm our spirit, let the beauty of Gaia open our eyes. We are not separate, we are apart of it all! Today I encourage you to join me to pause, to breathe. Let’s take a moment to simply breathe and simply be.

I call upon the breath of life, the wind that knows no boundary, to carry this healing through the collective field. May it arrive gently, like the hush before dawn, softening the tension held in bodies and hearts.

With this rush of wind, may the weight of old pain be lifted. May lungs fill with fresh clarity, and minds remember peace. I release this healing not from control, but from trust—trust that every soul touched by it will receive exactly what they are ready for.

To all who are tired: You are held.

To all who are hurting: You are heard.

To all who are resisting: You are safe to let go now.

There is no need to fight the current. You are being carried somewhere sacred.
