The kids are back in school! Yay!! But now begins the endless loop of packing lunches and snacks....trying to figure out something quick to feed them for breakfast so we can all get out the door on time....

I'll be teaching the basics of food labels and portion sizes as well as offering some tips for preparing healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks for your kiddos. You even get to take home a few simple recipes to try!!
