Recently, a husband and wife from Turkey walked into Ministries of Jesus for the very first time. They spoke no English and had gone 17 years without seeing a doctor!

Using an online translator, our team listened — one sentence at a time. They were welcomed with kindness, patience, and dignity. And that day, they experienced the love of Jesus in a language deeper than words.

This is what DRIVE HOPE looks like.

As we approach year-end, your generosity helps ensure people like Aylin & Mehmet* receive the care — and hope — they desperately need. Give today at https://moj.com/donate/

Sometimes the hardest part of helping…
is when fear keeps someone from asking.
Cynthia lives nearby. She has children. She has no medical insurance. She needs care — and she’s been told about Ministries of Jesus.
One of our staff members crossed paths with her twice in two days. They walked the streets of her neighborhood together. They talked. She listened as he shared all that MOJ offers — medical care, counseling, support, hope.
And still… she won’t call.
Not because she doesn’t need help.
But because fear is louder than hope right now.
This is why Drive Hope matters.
Your generosity helps us remain a place where people are met with compassion, dignity, and trust — where no one is questioned, judged, or turned away.
Hope is still reaching people like Cynthia… even before they walk through our doors.
And when fear loosens its grip, we’ll be here.

Mateo works construction.
He drives an old van.
He’s doing his best to provide.
He has no medical insurance — but when he heard about all the care offered at Ministries of Jesus, his eyes lit up. Medical. Counseling. Support. Hope.
There’s trust there. A relationship. A real need.
And yet… he still hasn’t come.
We’re seeing this more and more — people who need help but are hesitant to step forward. Not because they don’t want care… but because fear makes it hard to take that first step.
That’s why Drive Hope isn’t just a theme — it’s a calling.
Your gift helps keep MOJ a safe, welcoming place where hope is patient and doors remain open — ready when people like Mateo are.

On the night Jesus was born, the angels proclaimed good news of great joy — for all people.
That truth still guides everything we do at Ministries of Jesus.
This Christmas Eve, we are grateful for a season filled with quiet moments of hope — care given to those who had gone years without it, compassion extended across language barriers, fear met with gentleness, and love made visible through action.
Hope often arrives quietly.
Through open doors.
Through patient listening.
Through care offered with dignity.
If you feel led this Christmas Eve, your generosity helps us continue carrying that good news through compassionate care to those who need it most. https://moj.com/donate/
🎄 From all of us at Ministries of Jesus, we wish you a peaceful and joy-filled Christmas.

In just two years, Wanda* lost her mother, father, grandmother, and a close friend.
Her family lived in another country. She was unable to be there at the end — unable to attend the funerals. In her culture, family is deeply central, making the losses even harder to carry.
As a medical patient at Ministries of Jesus, Wanda was connected to counseling for grief. For the first time, she had a safe place to begin processing pain she had been holding for so long.
Little by little, the heaviness is lifting. Hope is returning. ❤

For four years, Carla prayed about her dental health. A friend told her about Ministries of Jesus—but at the time, our dental clinic was closed and without leadership. So Carla prayed harder. She prayed for doors to open. And God answered.

When Carla finally came to MOJ this year, something beautiful happened. Because of faithful volunteer dentists and dedicated students, the process moved faster than expected. Fewer delays. More momentum. More hope!

For years, broken front teeth kept Carla from smiling. Though she loves telling others about Jesus, she felt self-conscious and held back. Not anymore. She's had her teeth repaired with new crowns and they are beautiful!

Today, Carla is absolutely beaming. “I feel more confident,” she says. “I’m not afraid to smile while I tell others about Jesus—one of my favorite things to do!” With a smile that now matches her joyful heart, nothing can stop Carla.

There are many like Carla praying for hope and help. When you give, you DRIVE HOPE for them. You help prayers meet provision—and confidence, dignity, and faith shine through again. Give now to DRIVE HOPE! There's $102,000 still to raise by December 31st and you can be part of making it happen! https://moj.com/donate/

Virtual counseling is available if you need it in this, or any season. A married couple opted for virtual though one of them was hesitant. Since then, they've both opened up to their counselor and found the time extremely helpful with the counsel they've received and working through the homework steps each week. If you're interested in virtual (or in-person) counseling, take the first step to fill out the form found here and then someone will contact you: https://moj.com/counseling-form

She became a single mom overnight when her husband was incarcerated. She reached out to MOJ for virtual counseling and quietly asked for our lowest rate. After hearing her story, our team knew she couldn't afford even $30 so they lowered her cost to $10 a session. She burst into tears and responded over the phone, “I can’t believe someone would do this for me.”

Donations made that grace possible and put hope in a life that desperately needed it.
Help us DRIVE HOPE further for others in need by giving to our year-end goal of $150,000. https://moj.com/donate/🙏❤
