All month long, we’re celebrating the practice that has held us, healed us, and helped us return to ourselves.

As our gift to the community, we’re offering a free “Meet Your Mat” class every Thursday at 6:45 PM — an entry-level flow designed for those brand new to yoga or returning after time away.
