Avoid This Mental Trap in Perimenopause

Perfection is exhausting — especially right now.



Avoid all-or-nothing thinking.



Trying to be perfect keeps your nervous system in fight-or-flight, which makes your belly fat worse, sleeping worse, low energy, and not feeling like yourself.



I coach my clients from the beginning to remove the perfection syndrome and focus on achieving success 80%-85% of the time.



The reason they can do this and be successful is because of the way I create their personal approach to perimenopause/menopause to be ((sustainable)).



Small, repeatable sustainable habits calm your body and build momentum.

If your in perimenopause/menopause you need to avoid jumping from plan to plan because nothing seems to be working.



It feels productive — but in perimenopause, it backfires as many of you who have reached out to me have already found out. :)



Every time you switch programs, your body goes back into stress mode.
Stress = inflammation + more belly fat + low energy
Stress = stalled results or no results in perimenopause.



Your body needs consistency with an approach that works with your body and not against it to feel safe enough to change



The "plans" you keep trying that used to work arent failing.
