At Bargas Wellness, we take a root-cause, personalized approach to hormone health. Rather than quick fixes, we focus on supporting your body’s natural hormone pathways as part of a comprehensive wellness plan.

SomaDerm® is designed to help support:
• Muscle repair and recovery
• Strength and resilience
• Restful sleep
• Healthy aging

When used appropriately and under medical guidance, it may be a helpful tool for patients looking to optimize recovery and vitality.

If you’re noticing changes in strength, energy, or recovery — or simply want to be proactive about hormone balance — our team is here to help.

If you want to feel stronger, steadier, and more capable in your day, one hormone plays a big role: HGH.

What HGH Does:
HGH is your body’s natural repair and rebuild hormone. It supports muscle strength, recovery, energy, and the way your body bounces back from stress and activity. As we age, HGH naturally declines, which can affect how strong you feel, how well you recover, and how much stamina you have.

How SomaDerm Helps:
SomaDerm is designed to support your body’s natural HGH pathways. When your HGH is supported, you may notice improvements in:
• Strength and muscle tone
• Daily energy
• Recovery after activity
• Overall resilience

Give your body the strength it’s been missing.

Did you know that changes in memory, focus, energy, and mood aren’t “just aging”?

At Bargas Wellness, we take a modern, science-based approach to protecting your long-term brain health — and it starts with understanding the powerful connection between hormone balance and cognitive decline prevention.

🧠 Your Brain Depends on Hormones
Hormones like estrogen, testosterone, thyroid hormones, and cortisol all play major roles in memory, concentration, sleep quality, and mood. When they’re imbalanced, the brain is one of the first systems to feel it.

⚠️ Early signs of imbalance can look like:
• Brain fog
• Forgetfulness
• Irritability or anxiety
• Low energy
• Poor sleep
• Difficulty focusing

❤️ Why We Focus on Prevention
Cognitive decline doesn’t start overnight — and the earlier we identify risk factors, the more we can do to protect long-term brain function.
At Bargas Wellness, we use advanced testing and personalized treatment plans to:

✔ Optimize hormone balance
✔ Reduce inflammation
✔ Improve blood flow to the brain
✔ Support memory + focus
✔ Address root causes — not just symptoms

✨ When your hormones are balanced, your brain thrives.
And that’s the foundation for living longer, stronger, and sharper.

If you’re noticing changes in memory, mood, or mental clarity — or simply want to prevent cognitive decline before it starts — we’re here to help.

🧠 New research shows that cognitive decline doesn’t “just happen” — many of the changes linked to dementia can be slowed or even prevented.

A recent study found that addressing metabolic health, inflammation, sleep, and vascular risk factors early may significantly reduce the chances of developing Alzheimer’s and other forms of cognitive impairment later in life.

At Bargas Wellness, this is exactly what our cognitive health program focuses on:
✨ Identifying root causes of cognitive decline
✨ Personalized RECODE/PRECODE–based treatment plans
✨ Optimizing sleep, hormones, vascular health, and metabolism
✨ Protecting long-term memory and brain resilience

The most important message from this new research?
👉 Cognitive decline is not inevitable — and early action matters.

If you’re noticing changes in memory, focus, or mood — or you simply want to stay as sharp as possible as you age — we can help.

In a new study published in Neurology Open Access, an official journal of the American Academy of Neurology, researchers did dental exams and took brain scans of more than 1,100 people and found that those with gum disease had 56% higher odds of having a substantial number of white matter hyperintensities, or spots that reflect brain damage, than their peers with healthy gums.

The health of your brain is one more reason to practice good oral hygiene, according to a growing body of research.

Need a reason to get more sleep? New research finds that long-term sleep trouble increases dementia risk by an alarming 40%. For lowering risk and optimizing sleep, 4 targets are helpful: at least 7 hours of sleep each night, at least 90 minutes of REM, at least 60 minutes of deep sleep, and oxygen saturation of at least 94%--all of which can be followed on a wearable. https://sciencedaily.com/releases/2025/09/250913232924.htm
