Be careful with your words, be mindful of how you spread your truth. If we REALLY want to make a difference we can't just go around "slashing and burning up" those who don't agree with us. We can't just sit behind a screen and tell others how wrong they are. Presentation is 99% of the "battle" when you are trying to get someone to let go of "untruths" that have been engrained in them for years. We can only make a difference when our message is delivered with love, passion, thoughtfullness and kindness. And, remember to LISTEN (and hear) to what is "truth" for them and start there.... Only use words that are loving and respectful if you want to make a change and have people HEAR you.

Lets cleanse!!!
As many of you know my goal is to change the way our community thinks about their health care.
