Every company is talking about menopause in the workplace today.
We’ve been leading that conversation for years.

From policy design to culture change, MiDOViA has helped employers move from awareness to action, long before it became a trending topic.

💼 Menopause isn’t a niche issue. It’s a workplace equity issue.
📈 And the data backs it up: retention, productivity, wellbeing—all improve when organizations take it seriously.

While others are joining the conversation, we’ve been building the infrastructure behind it, partnering with 600+ employers to set the standard for menopause-inclusive workplaces.

Menopause in the workplace isn’t just a conversation. It’s our mission.

Awareness is only the beginning. What truly matters is how we support women through menopause and beyond.

In our third Menopause Awareness Month webinar with Alloy we sat down with Dr. Taylor Hahn to talk about the real conversation we need to be having: how lifestyle, mental health, and workplace culture all play a role in thriving through midlife.

Together, we explored:
🌙 The impact of sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management
🧠 The vital connection between brain health and menopause
⚖️ Health equity — and the need to close care gaps across race, income, and geography
🏢 Why menopause must be part of every workplace wellness program

✨ Our takeaway: Menopause isn’t a decline, it’s a turning point. With the right awareness, support, and resources, women can thrive in midlife and beyond.

Data is how culture changes.

After more than a decade of measuring menopause awareness in organizations, the pattern is clear:
📊 When women feel safe disclosing symptoms, retention rises.
💬 When managers are trained to respond, absenteeism drops.
🧭 When HR policies name menopause directly, engagement scores go up.

Yet fewer than 1 in 10 U.S. clinicians, and almost no employers, have formal menopause training.

MiDOViA’s work fills that gap by turning evidence into operational strategy:
• Survey frameworks to capture lived experience
• Toolkits that translate global standards into U.S. policy language
• Accreditation that holds culture accountable, not just campaigns

Awareness sparks conversation.

Data keeps it moving forward.

We’re proud to share the second session in our Menopause Awareness Month series:
Black Women and Menopause — Breaking Through Barriers featuring Dr. Kudzai D***o Menopause Specialist and Clinical Expert at Alloy

At MiDOViA, we believe true menopause equity means centering the voices and experiences of Black women — in healthcare, in research, and in the workplace.

In this discussion, we explore:
• The earlier onset and more severe symptoms Black women often face
• How systemic inequities impact diagnosis, access, and outcomes
• What employers can do to close the gap through inclusive policies and benefits

This isn’t just a healthcare issue, it’s a workplace and equity imperative.

When we design support systems for those most impacted, we create cultures that work for everyone.
