The following post was recently posted by a friend in another state, but it got me thinking about my experience interacting with other folks in healthcare who are providing alternative healthcare (massage, acupuncture, Naturopathy, etc.) and are unvaccinated.
"I recently learned that there are local acupuncture clinics who have unvaccinated practitioners on staff. Which acupuncture, massage and Naturopathic clinics have entirely vaccinated staff?
For the record, hearing that a practitioner (acupuncturist, naturopath, herbalist, doctor, nurse or chiropractor) is refusing vaccination and explaining there are other ways to support health tells me:
1. They have an individualist approach to public health.
2. They are not concerned about being an asymptomaticcarrier.
3. They are not concerned with the disproportionate effects of the infection on groups made vulnerable by the racist, classist economy.
4. They are probably attracting like-minded clients, making the clinic even more unsafe.
6. They fail to understand the length of time it takes to build and support an immune system that has been debilitated by ongoing stress.
7. They are either ignoring or embracing the eugenicist implications of their choice.
8. I am putting my community at risk by visiting this clinic."
So I ask: who knows of clinics or practitioners of alternative healthcare in the Edmonds or Seattle areas that have completely vaccinated staff?
