This week's pod is a good one. 🙌🏼

I chat about my recent trip to Boston and being the ONLY female speaker at the Curamedix conference that shared our findings for our Regen protocols and sharing those with other providers.
It was surreal and nerve racking BUT totally worth it and very empowering!

I dive deeper into fear, emotions, and everything in between when it comes to this trip and also just the Holidays!

Make sure to tune in on Monday!

If this is what work in a Saturday looks like, I'm here for it! 🪄the pony & face

Shockwave therapy for fertility — yes, it’s a thing.
We use radial pressure shockwave on the lower abdomen to free up the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries so they can move better, ovulate better, and function better.

Bonus? Many women experience less bloating and pain-free, cramp-free periods too. 💛
Our fertility protocol is intentional, timed with your cycle, and completely non-invasive.

If you’re trying to conceive and looking for something different — this may be the missing piece. ✨

Kegels aren’t the magic answer we’ve been taught. 👀
Your pelvic floor is meant to move with your breath, not be clenched all day.

For most women, real strength comes from restoring motion, coordination, and full-body support — not more squeezing. ✨

Save this + share with someone who was told “just do Kegels.”

Your glutes protect your pelvic floor.
If your glutes aren’t firing, your pelvic floor is picking up the slack — and that leads to tightness, pain, and dysfunction.

Feeling exercises in your hamstrings, quads, or low back instead? 🚩
That’s your sign it’s time to unload the pelvic floor and retrain your glutes to drive the movement. 💪

In our NEW YouTube video, Dr. Allison breaks down:
✔️ Why shoulder pain keeps coming back
✔️ What subacromial impingement & bicep tendonitis actually mean
✔️ How compensation patterns + inflammation trap you in pain
✔️ The mechanical changes you MUST make to truly heal

💡 Most people stretch or strengthen the wrong muscles — and that’s why their shoulder never gets better.

Prolapse Support:

I got a question on my YouTube channel, someone asked what I plan to do for my prolapse when I'm 50 or 60. Truly my goal is to continue to maintain and even progress my healing through pelvic floor physical therapy, regenerative medicine, lifting weights and training my core. Hypopressives (also known as vacuums and low pressure fitness) have been super helpful for me to manage my symptoms and pelvic pressure.
Where a lot of people go wrong with this exercise is that they actively engage their core at the same time. The goal is to create negative pressure, through use of airflow and sealing of the throat/ glottis and then suctioning the diaphragm up under the ribs. There isn't active engagement of TA or obliques ect. In higher level poses those can be an addition, however when using these exercises for pelvic floor dysfunction it's very important to get the suction and negative pressure.

You can literally feel the organs move out of the vaginal opening.

So my long term game plan is to do everything I can control and hope to avoid worsening of symptoms and surgery. After using our regenerative medicine, I honestly never notice my prolapse anymore, however it is still there.
