More squeezing isn’t always better 👀

If your pelvic floor is constantly tight, you could be adding more pressure to your bladder—not helping it.

Think of your bladder like a grape 🍇
Too much tension = too much pressure

The goal?
✨ Control
✨ Movement
✨ Ability to both contract and relax

Because a healthy pelvic floor supports—not squeezes 💡

Devyn brought her cat in to visit one of our longest-standing clients—and somehow this moment captured everything we’re building here 🤍

This is more than care. More than community. It’s connection. The kind you can feel. The kind that lingers.

Moments like this are the real gold—the reminder that what we’re creating goes far beyond sessions or outcomes. It’s about people, presence, and the unexpected joy that we get to share together… as clients, as a team, as a community.

Healing the world through the depths of love, fulfillment and health.

Honestly, it’s beyond anything I ever imagined ✨

Hydration isn’t just about water… it’s about your muscles too 💧

A well-hydrated pelvic floor =
✨ better bladder support
✨ improved intimacy
✨ stronger core

Think: healthy, responsive muscle > tight + restricted

It’s a win-win for your whole body 😉

What they don’t tell you in PT school:

Step 1: Make a bunch of PT besties
Step 2: Convince them your specialty is the best one 😏
Step 3: Wait patiently…
Step 4: “Hey sooo… want a job?” 👀

But actually surround yourself with people you love working with. It makes building something together way more fun 💛

(…and yes, we’re always looking for our kind of people 😉)

Pregnant or postpartum? Your posture matters more than you think 🤰

Pregnancy naturally pulls you into an anterior tilt → more stress on your back + joints.

Focus on:
✨ Neutral spine
✨ Deep core (TA) activation
✨ Gentle control over posture

Less strain. More support 💛

I train at 5am Monday- Friday because it is my biggest metric for a successful day. If I can start with that energy, I know I am setting myself up for success.

When I was writing my two books, 3am writing shifts were required. At that time, the book was the single most important metric of success. Not saying that is health, just sharing what worked for me.

Do I get better lifts later in the day? I do. But there is no telling where some days will take you. A fire here, an idea there, a sick kid sent home. So I secure the win first thing in the morning. That is what I can control.

Today, the fire happened overnight. Jayla 🤮. I canceled my amazing 5am sitter and stepped into the night shift.

I also knew that even if today’s lift had to be a garage lift, which it did not thanks to my amazing mom, I was still going to put in the work.

I canceled commitments, knowing they were filled with people who would understand.

And that led me into deep gratitude for all the people supporting me in this current phase. It is unbelievable.

So thank you for being on this road with me. You know who you are. Straight magic.

Do what matters most first, control what you can, and trust that the right people will support you along the way.

A tight pelvic floor ≠ a strong one 👀

Over time (especially after menopause), it can become dry + restricted—think 🥩 beef jerky.

The goal?
Hydration, blood flow, and mobility 🍇

Because a healthy pelvic floor can contract and relax 💡

Pelvic tilts aren’t the problem… living in them is 👀

B***y pop for a pic? Go for it.
But staying in an anterior or posterior tilt all day can lead to:
⚡ low back pain
⚡ SI joint issues
⚡ pelvic floor dysfunction

The goal = control, not position

Train your core in neutral first—then move freely everywhere 💪

If you’re constantly dealing with low back pain, your posture might be playing a bigger role than you think 👀

Anterior pelvic tilt (when your hips tip forward) can:
➡️ Stretch and weaken your glutes & hamstrings
➡️ Put extra stress on your knees
➡️ Even cause your knees to hyperextend
➡️ Lead to chronic low back pain

The fix isn’t just “stand up straighter” — it’s about control.

Training your deep core (especially your transverse abdominis) helps you stabilize your pelvis and take pressure off your back 🙌

Small adjustments = big relief.
