If she jokes about peeing when she laughs… that’s not just “mom life.”
Frequent urgency, leaking, or struggling to or**sm are major signs her pelvic floor isn’t functioning optimally.

It’s not normal. It’s common. And it’s treatable. 💛
Pelvic floor work can restore bladder control, pleasure, and confidence.

No one plans to be in pain 10 years after having a baby.

But it happens. Every single day.

Women come in with:
• Chronic low back pain
• Hip pain that won’t go away
• Knees that “randomly” started hurting
• A core that feels weak no matter how much they work out

And when we trace it back?

It started after childbirth.

Not because their body “failed.”
But because their foundation was never fully restored.

You can go back to the gym.
You can lift weights.
You can do Pilates.

But if the deep core + pelvic floor never regained full coordination and balance, compensations stick around quietly…

Until hormones shift.
Until stress increases.
Until life gets heavier.
And then pain shows up.

Birth prep + proper postpartum rehab isn’t about vanity.
It’s about preventing the decade-later breakdown.

Don’t wait until your body forces you to pay attention.

If something feels “off,” it probably is.

You are not tired because you’re weak.
You’re tired because your body is compensating.

Postpartum exhaustion isn’t just from lack of sleep.
It’s from:

• A core that isn’t firing
• A pelvic floor that’s disconnected
• Hips + back picking up slack
• Constant low-grade pain draining your nervous system

When your foundation isn’t working, EVERYTHING feels harder.

And no amount of coffee fixes a system that isn’t functioning.

When we restore the pelvic floor and deep core, something wild happens:

✨ Pain decreases
✨ Energy improves
✨ Patience expands
✨ You feel like yourself again

Motherhood is already demanding.
Your body shouldn’t be fighting you too.

If you’re constantly exhausted and can’t figure out why… this might be your missing piece.

Pregnancy pain isn’t something to just “push through.”
Pain at your p***c symphysis, SI joint, hips, or low back often means there’s tension in your pelvic floor and glutes.

If you’ve been guarding all pregnancy, that tightness can make it harder for your pelvic floor to open and relax during delivery.

Address it now so your body is prepared to move, open, and birth with more ease. 💛

Investing in pelvic floor care isn’t just about avoiding bigger hospital bills (though yes — that too).

It’s about a better s*x life, less sciatica, less back and hip pain, and not feeling like your stomach is “falling out” every time you bend over to pick up toys.

When your body hurts, your fuse gets shorter. And motherhood is already demanding enough.
A supported body = more patience, more energy, more joy. 💛

Apparently I can't stop. 🛑 It's been a day.
I know I'm about to get a ton of hate from other pelvic pts for this and I'm okay with it.
