I think most of us can relate to this. We are tired of having to pivot, pick ourselves up, be resilient…but what choice do we have. We keep doing our best to live our lives..even on the days we can’t get out of bed.

I post this every year on . Cancer PTSD is very real. Not just for patients but for caregivers too. Some of the most lingering side effects of cancering is our mental health. I survived today 8 years ago. It was my third open-heart surgery, and last one forgodssake.
I should write a book about all the things.
For now, I know….
Love who you are, you are a delight.
