Metcalfe Nursing & Rehabilitation We have 71 beds that are dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid and also provide Personal Care services to 13 beds.

Metcalfe Health Care Center, a not-for-profit provider of long-term care services in south central Kentucky, is a county owned facility that has been providing exceptional care since 1977. In addition to skilled nursing care, we also provide short term rehab as well as outpatient rehabilitation services. We employee approximately 100 persons who provide the best care possible to our residents. We also have full-time in-house therapy staff to provide all your physical, occupational, and speech therapy needs. Our facility is a proud past recipient of the AHCA Bronze Quality Award. It is our mission to provide the highest quality care possible to those you love the most.
