Hey everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know that this Saturday’s topic on the live stream is going to be “ what is holistic health?” we’re gonna talk about how it relates to your physical health. You’re mentally emotional health, lifestyle, stress, and your environment. so be sure to tune in .
The next few live streams, we’re gonna cover stress and the body, your gut health, we will also cover a reflexology, and detox.
I hope to have other speakers here on the live stream because eventually I would like to try to do a podcast, but we’ll get into that later. So stay tuned and see what exciting things we have coming up.
