At the 412th Medical Group, your safety, comfort, and dignity are always our priority. Every patient — and every healthcare professional — has the right to request a chaperone during medical, dental, or physical examinations.

A trained staff member who helps ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment during your visit.
A chaperone helps support your:
✔️ Privacy during exams and procedures
✔️ Safety as an added layer of support
✔️ Respect throughout your experience
You’re empowered to ask at any time. In fact, our healthcare staff must offer a chaperone before performing a sensitive exam.
