Did you know hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has been used in medicine for over 350 years?

For the past two decades, research has shown its potential benefits for psychiatric conditions. Recent controlled trials highlight HBOT’s effectiveness in treating PTSD, particularly when traumatic brain injury (TBI) is involved.

By increasing oxygen delivery to the brain, HBOT has been associated with improvements in overall functioning, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality.

What is deep TMS?

Deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (dTMS) is best described as an interventional psychiatric procedure that uses targeted electromagnetic pulses to stimulate dormant neurons in targeted brain areas involved in mood disorders and impulse control. Restoring these connections supports the brain’s ability to self-regulate and return to a state of balance.

Deep TMS is FDA-cleared for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and smoking cessation. It is a non-invasive, medication-free option that can be especially helpful for individuals who haven’t found relief through traditional treatments. Off-label indications also include insomnia, PTSD, and addiction.
