Pop Up Class!!👏 Sunday, November 16th 4pm

Vin+Yin with Jill…this class will be in a warm room

Enjoy all the best parts of Vinyasa and Yin yoga in one 60 minute class! Vin+Yin will start with a meditative Vinyasa Flow yoga and finish with 15-20 minutes of relaxing and opening Yin Yoga poses focusing on opening the hips.

Jill has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching classes throughout the Edwardsville area since 2018. She studied with Jennifer Jones for her RYT200 hour certification and with Jason Crandall for her RYT500 hour. She is also a certified SATYA teacher through Tias Little’s Prajna Yoga. Jill can’t wait to share her love of yoga with you!🙏

Our first ever, Root Series class is tonight!!🌱🎉

Join Kim for a 60 minute Yin Yoga class!🙏

-Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long-held, gentle poses. It promotes flexibility, stillness, and inner calm, allowing both body and mind to fully release and restore.

After being a longtime student of yoga, Kim earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2020. Drawn to the peace and balance yoga brings, she has a special love for Yin Yoga — a practice that invites stillness, reflection, and deep connection. It is her intent to offer a calm, welcoming space for students to slow down, cultivate presence, and reconnect with themselves.

This Saturday’s class is all about finding stability amid change, learning new tools for your healing toolkit to create balance and steadiness even when life is hard.

We’ll explore new breathing techniques designed to ground, calm, and bring in clarity and energy. Our movement practice will be a slow, mindful flow to build inner strength and cultivate balance from the inside out.

We’ll close with soothing restorative postures, a guided meditation, and time for quiet reflection and journaling. Bring a mat, and any props (blankets and/or bolsters), and a journal if you’d like — or simply come as you are. 💚

Step into stillness, set intentions, and create space for peace before the new week begins. Together we’ll unplug from social media, quiet the noise, and return to our true selves.
We’ll start with a light flow into a sitting meditation.
