It takes a village, and our village shows up every week. 💛 Three times a week, volunteers come together to pack hundreds of meals with care before they head out to children across our community. It is teamwork in action, all working toward one simple goal...making sure kids have the food they need to thrive!

Fifteen years of nourishing kids, neighbors, and community! 💛

In 2011, Dinners for Kids began with a simple but powerful commitment: delivering just six meals per week, year-round, directly to children’s homes. What started as a small, heartfelt effort by founders Edna and David Tevet has grown into a program that now serves more than 240 at-risk children across Wilkes-Barre, the West Side, and the Dallas area providing over 75,000 meals each year.
