Leadership has always been close to my heart. Helping others grow and feel confident in themselves is truly why I do what I do. Over the years, I’ve been incredibly blessed that these women trusted Instaglow as a place to build their careers and chase their goals.

What they may not always realize is how much they’ve shaped me, too. They’ve helped me become the leader I’ve always wanted to be. I’ve built this business around making sure they feel seen, heard, understood, and genuinely valued — because Instaglow wouldn’t be what it is without them. And honestly… neither would I.
