🏥 Now Hiring: Physical Therapy Clinic Director – Lead the Way!
Location: Effingham
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us:
RPI is a patient-centered physical therapy practice dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. We’re on the hunt for a Physical Therapy Clinic Director who can manage operations, lead a stellar team, and keep things running smoothly—without needing to check in every five minutes.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Looking Like You Have It All Together):
🤝 Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of therapists and support staff (pom-poms optional).
🤝 Keeping daily operations on track—because chaos is best left to reality TV.
🤝 Balancing patient care, business objectives, and staff happiness like a seasoned circus performer.
🤝 Collaborating with leadership to develop strategies that make the clinic thrive (yes, your input matters!).
🤝 Monitoring financial performance, budgets, and revenue goals—because keeping the lights on is important.
🤝 Building relationships with referring providers, patients, and the community (charm helps).
🤝 Ensuring compliance with regulations (we promise it’s not all paperwork).
🤝 Staying up to date on industry trends, because “We’ve always done it this way” isn’t a strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
• A licensed PT (DPT or Master’s) who enjoys leadership without needing total anarchy.
• 1-5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and “putting out small fires” skills.
• Someone who thrives on collaboration but isn’t afraid to take initiative.
• A sense of humor—because PT can be serious, but we don’t have to be.
What You’ll Get in Return:
🔹 Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (because success should be rewarded).
🔹 Health, dental, and vision insurance (because we care about your well-being too).
🔹 Paid time off and continuing education support (so you can keep being awesome).
🔹 Growth opportunities within a supportive team that values your expertise.
🔹 The freedom to run a great clinic—without being micromanaged.
If this sounds like the kind of leadership role you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
