✨Employee Spotlight!✨

Meet Amanda Miller

Amanda has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 5.5 years and currently works at InLine, where she began her journey in the Effingham clinic in the fall of 2024. She now floats between the Effingham and Greenup clinics, where she enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients, getting to know them on a personal level, and helping them feel better as they recover from surgery and work toward their goals.

She grew up on a family farm alongside her four siblings, learning the value of hard work, family, and time spent outdoors from her mom and dad—roots that still shape her life today. Outside of work, she treasures time with her husband, Derek, and their 3-year-old daughter, Lillian. They live in the country in Montrose, surrounded by three horses and two dogs. Most days are spent outside—horseback riding, SxS riding, and soaking up every moment as they watch their little girl enjoy life to the fullest.

She can’t wait to meet and work with many more of you!

Meet Danielle Deters

Danielle joined the InLine team in fall of 2025 after graduating from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Lake Land College. Currently she is working at our Effingham location. She loves being able to help patients get back on their feet so they can live their lives to the fullest. Creating meaningful relationships with her patients is one of her favorite parts of her job and she can't wait to meet more of you! She is grateful to be starting her career journey at InLine!

She lives in rural Sigel with her parents Tim and Kathy. Not far from them, her brother Kyle and his wife Tara live on their family farm. She loves spending time as a family playing board games and spending time outside on the farm.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, reading, painting, baking, thrift shopping and playing with her dog Minnie!

Meet Erin Harris!

Erin has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years and has been with Inline Physical Therapy since Fall 2024. Currently, she is working at the Olney location. She enjoys building personal relationships with patients and helping them achieve their goals through individualized care.

She lives in Newton with her husband, Anthony, and their 2 wonderful kiddos, Abram and Elsie. She is a homeschool mom and also works for First Baptist Church- Newton in children's ministry. Their family enjoys spending time outside with their pups, Reggie and Gus.
