It’s that’s time again to do a scheduling/pricing/cancellation policy update coming into the new year, this is a long post so sit tight! 🍾😊🎊
💆‍♀️Current clients-the end of year schedule is filling fast, if you are wanting to schedule before the end of the year please reach out!
💆‍♀️New clients-any new clients wanting to get on my schedule it will be after the first of the year towards the end of January/beginning of February before I can get you scheduled! I do carry a cancellation list and can put you on that.
💆‍♀️Reoccurring scheduled clients- As we move forward into the new year if you would like to look at different days/times or length between sessions please let me know, I will be asking at your appt but if you want to get a jump start shoot me a message! You are already scheduled into the new year and on according to what we have scheduled now!
💆‍♀️All clients- There may be a time coming that I will need to make a shift in my schedule, my evenings may become very limited but my early mornings will become more available, if you are an evening client and see you have early morning availability or a specific day off through the week please keep that in mind when scheduling.

Now the not so fun part of business, these will take place the beginning of the year, if any questions/concerns please reach out directly 😬😵‍💫💕
❤️Cancellations/no shows- please let me know asap if you can’t make your appt, reminders are sent out 24hrs and 2hrs ahead of appts, for any appt that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled after the 2 hr reminder there will be a $25 fee on 30 min appts and $50 fee on all others. I know things come up and emergencies happen and I am compassionate towards that, but it’s to a point I need this policy in place.

Happy Monday!! Hope everyone had a great weekend and looking at an amazing week ahead! I’ve got a few things I’ve been needing to address, so this may be a little long but important!
⭐️My scheduling and credit card processor had a major malfunction last week, while this is fixed it brought up some issues that can easily be fixed, if you can please bring cash/check to your appt. I know this is not always possible but if you think about it and have time that will help any problems with processing. Along with that please put your appt in your phone/calendar as well, my system sends reminders automatically but if that is down they don’t send! Always feel free to message me asking about your appt if you can’t remember when it is.🌟
🌟Normal scheduling hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8-6pm and every other Friday 8-330pm. There are some exceptions to these hours but this is the typical. For new clients please plan on about a 8-12 week wait to get an appt scheduled, and with this there is no new availability after 2p unfortunately. I do have a cancellation list that anyone can be put on at anytime and I do try my best to get everyone scheduled timely. 🌟
🌟Cancellations and reschedules are very acceptable and hard to avoid, but please be respectful of my time and money, if you can allow at least 12 hour notice that would be great. I really don’t want to have to start a new cancellation/reschedule policy but if I don’t receive the proper notice something will have to be put in place. 🌟
⭐️Gift-cards are still only available for current clients. Anyone may purchase them but the recipient must be a current client of mine. If you do have gift-cards that need used please reach out, appointments left before the end of the year are filling up!⭐️
