A facility fee is an extra charge some hospital-owned clinics add for using their building, equipment, and staff—separate from what your doctor charges for the visit itself. So even if it feels like a normal office visit, you could be billed like it’s a hospital service.

🎗️ Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️

Today was a great day at Effingham Prompt Care & MDVIP – Dr. Navi Arora as we hosted our Shield colorectal cancer screening event. We were grateful to see so many patients take proactive steps toward protecting their health.

Early detection truly saves lives, and events like today help bring awareness to the importance of cancer screening and preventive care.
