I’m feeling called to begin offering sessions created specifically to help women reconnect with their bodies in a safe, respectful, and grounded way—bringing awareness to breath, sensation, boundaries, and nervous-system regulation.

This work is slow. Intentional. Trauma-informed.
It’s about learning to receive again.
To feel without pressure.
To come home to yourself.
