This week, we're focusing on gratitude—and how it supports nervous system regulation. But let's be real: When your child is dysregulated, "just be grateful" doesn't work. You can't gratitude your way out of a nervous system stuck in survival mode. That's why we focus on nervous system care first. When subluxation is corrected and the body feels safe, gratitude becomes possible. Regulation creates the capacity for connection, joy, and presence. So yes, practice gratitude.
