What all do you do?

Answer:
You or your loved one’s needs are always first and foremost…helping them shower, getting dressed, assistance getting up and down, using the bathroom, etc. We also do light housekeeping duties…cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc. We can grocery shop for you, take you to Dr. appointments…whatever is needed, we can do!

Am I locked into a certain timeframe when using your services?

Answer….
NO!!!! You can end services at ANY time. You are NOT locked into 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, etc. In my opinion, this is the most important part of our contract. This is just another reason why SPS is The company to contact when you need care for yourself or your loved one!

What is the difference between your hourly care and 24hour care??

This is a Great question!!
Our 24 hour care is Live-In care. This is paired with two caregivers (the Same 2 caregivers). They bring their own food, bedding, toiletries, etc. the caregivers for 24hour care will typically do a 3 on, 3 off rotation. One caregiver will stay for three consecutive days (days and nights, around the clock) then the next caregiver comes and stay for their three days. It works just like a hospital rotation. The caregivers keep a log, go over any notes, exchange information, etc. SPS is Proud to offer this level of service! With live-in care, its less people in the home, less people for the client to have to get used to, and the best part…our caregivers become Family with you, your loved one, and their extended families! It truly is a very unique service and one we pride ourselves on!
