"I don’t have a problem with drinking.” 🍷

But when you’re making rules to keep it that way, that’s worth looking at.

If you’re only drinking on weekends, only socially, or only after 5 PM, you might think you’ve got it under control. But those rules are often a sign of "cumulative overload." You aren't just drinking; you are negotiating between your relief and your risk.
