💪 Rain or shine, we showed up! 🌧️

Our team was out at the half marathon this weekend providing sports massage and assisted stretching to help runners recover and recharge. Even with the rain coming down, we made it happen — working hard, having fun, and turning it into an awesome bonding day with the guys.

Nothing better than doing what we love: helping athletes feel their best while pushing through the elements together. 🏃‍♂️💆‍♂️

We showed up and did our thing helping runners get race-ready with sports massage and assisted stretching. The teamwork from our talented crew made it even better. 💥

What a ride! Our sports massage and assisted stretching team was proud to provide post-race recovery care at this incredible cycling event Giro del Vino — an event that always gives back to the community in such meaningful ways. 🚴

A huge thank you to the organizers, athletes, and volunteers who make it all possible. We’re grateful to be part of something that not only supports athletes but uplifts the community as a whole. Until next time — keep moving, keep giving, and keep riding strong! 💪🏼

Today was all about growth, learning, and adding new tools to the toolbox! I had the privilege of teaching a continuing education course on KinesioTape to an amazing group of massage therapists.

What I love most? Seeing how we all come together as therapists—not to compete, but to support one another in learning new skills so we can better serve our clients. At the end of the day, we’re all on the same team, working to keep our communities moving, grooving, and feeling their best.

Proud of this crew for showing up, staying curious, and leveling up their practice. The more we grow together, the stronger we all become. 💪🏼

Our life may not be perfect, but it’s ours — filled with love, laughter, chaos, and the kind of memories you can’t plan for. From international flights to hydration drips, we’ll always choose each other through it all. ❤️

Even though life had other plans for me and I couldn’t make it to this weekend’s cycling event, the Bodywork By Jeff crew showed up, crushed it, and held it down like pros. Without a doubt they delivered the top-tier care our athletes have come to expect.

Huge shoutout to this team for not just representing the brand, but embodying our mission: providing purposeful, effective bodywork that supports movement, recovery, and performance.

Provided clinical massage therapy at the wellness fair for the team at Inspira Mullica Hill Hospital—focusing on mobility, pain relief, and stress management for the staff who keep this hospital running strong.

Couldn’t have done it without the help of these two rockstar therapists who kept the vibe light with nonstop laughs and serious skills. Grateful to work alongside both of you!
