We want to thank everyone who came out and supported our first responders! We also want to thank all of the people that helped to make our haunted hospital. Thank you to the county commissioners for the use of the (already haunted) hospital. Without everyone coming together we would not have made it as fun of a night as it turned out. We had a blast setting up and playing our parts. We hope you had a great time walking through!

Our First Responders

Life changing events happen everyday. As first responders, we do not get to pick and choose where we go and who we help. Sometimes we are called to help deliver a beautiful, healthy baby. Sometimes it’s comforting and calming a patient having an anxiety attack. Other times we get called to scenes where there is loss of life.

No matter what the call is it takes a toll on our mental health. We are extremely thankful for all of the first responders in our community, in the nation, and throughout the world.

The mental toll of responding to emergencies and various incidents can be detrimental to the mental health of our first responders. It can also affect their families and their communities.

As a community we need to stand with our first responders. Celebrate with them during the good times but, more importantly, stand with them, grieve with them, and comfort them during the bad times.

Please let all of our first responders know how much they are loved and appreciated.

Help us keep our first responders not only physically healthy, but mentally healthy.

We are so thankful for all the hard work that Carter County Sheriff’s Dept and Carter County DES-Georgia Bruski has put into making Topless Tuesday as safe as they can make it. We are happy to be here as medical support for any incidents that may arise. The next time you see our Sheriff Deputies and Georgia, give them a big thanks for working so hard to keep our county safe everyday as well as during large events!
