This year, our gratitude has a rhythm to it.

La Vida Real has been full of movement in 2025. We proved that staying active can take many forms, whether it was the endurance shown during the Tour de Zest or the laughter and coordination found in our square dancing classes. We kept that energy high by rooting for the home team during San Diego Padres games and enjoying the fresh, local vibe of our Farmers Market.

Between the lively steps on the dance floor and the seasonal joy of our Harvest Festival, this year showed that our community knows how to embrace the California lifestyle to the fullest.

Thank you for a year of fun and family. Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁💛

For Roy and Cathy Anthony, everyday life had become harder with vision challenges, grocery trips, cooking, and the growing isolation of living at home. What they needed was safety, connection, and a place where life felt manageable again!

They found all of it at La Vida Real. The location, the dining, the beautiful apartment they fell in love with, the shopping and services right across the street, and the comfort of still being close to longtime friends made the move feel like the right next step.
