I had a new client schedule an appointment with me last November - she had a glowing referral from a friend, and had extreme foot pain. "Crippling, at times" was the phrase she used at intake. And coming up 6 months from then was an epic trip with her husband. She was just so worried that she wouldn't be able to walk or enjoy it, with the level of discomfort she was experiencing.

After just our first session, she was ecstatic ... one full week with NO pain of any kind in her feet! She kept her appointments up, was diligent in eating cleaner and healthier, and each session she had great feedback for me in her Journey to being pain-free. Well, now it is May and she sent me this text while on her vacation of a lifetime:

"Hola Peggy! Thank you so much for getting me healthy and keeping me healthy!!! I am enjoying Portugal tremendously and easily walking up and down the MANY stair cases and alley ways. I feet GREAT! No foot pain!!"

Taking care of your pain points, whether emotional stress or physical discomforts brings me such joy!

Group Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath - Crest

Using the sounds and vibrations of the quartz bowls, your body and mind can enter into a deep state of relaxation and balancing.

Whether your goal is to have a stronger connection for prayer, deepen your meditative state, or to relax the body and mind, this Singing Bowl Group Sound Bath might be the perfect fit for you! Join Sound Bath Facilitator Peggy Mundell, CMT for an evening of restorative sound.

Doors will open at 6:40pm and will lock promptly at 7:00pm. Bring a yoga mat or small air mattress or even a zero-gravity chair - something you will be comfortable laying on for the session. A pillow for your neck and/or behind your knees, and a light blanket if you'd like. A suggested donation of $20 is accepted on site (cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted).
