So many pregnancy and postpartum struggles are connected to the nervous system. 🧠

Back pain, restless legs, swelling, sleep challenges, difficulty nursing, and even tension in babies can all be signs the body is stuck in stress and compensation.

Through gentle, specific chiropractic care, this mama saw improvements in her sleep, pain levels, energy, and even her baby’s ability to latch and move her neck. 👶💫

We are so honored to support moms and babies by focusing on nervous system health from pregnancy and beyond. 🌿🤰🍼

Did you know so many of the challenges we’re seeing in kids today can be connected? At Inspire Life Chiropractic, we often call this cascade of stressors “the perfect storm.” 🌪️

From prenatal stress, to birth interventions or trauma, to developmental delays, sensory challenges, chronic illness, anxiety, and emotional struggles… one thing often leads to another. Not because our kids are broken, but because their nervous systems are trying to adapt.

And so often parents are told, “They’ll grow out of it,” or “Let’s just wait and see.” But as moms, that answer doesn’t always sit right. Because when it comes to our children’s health, we don’t want to wait. We want to support, and understand what’s really going on.

This is why we believe so deeply that when you feel something more is going on, you’re probably right. A mother’s intuition matters! ✨

If this resonates with you, we would love to support you and your child.
DM us the word “STORM” and let’s start a conversation about your little one!

One of our favorite parts of what we do is getting to love on these tiny humans and their amazing mamas.

You deserve to understand your birth story. 🤍

Whether your birth went exactly how you imagined or looked nothing like the plan, your experience matters. And so do the details.

Your birth story holds important clues about your body, your baby, and how their nervous system entered the world. It helps our doctors better understand the bigger picture of what your little one may be navigating today.

We hear about birth trauma often, and we see how much those early moments can impact a child’s nervous system, development, and overall well being.

We would love to hear your story, honor it, and look at it through a supportive, nervous system focused lens. 🫶

Send us a message or call the office so we can learn more about your journey and your child’s.

What is creating this perfect storm in our kids’ health? 🤍🌪️

When we look at these numbers, it can feel heavy. But it can also wake us up.

Our children are growing up in a world their nervous systems were never designed for. More stress. More screens. More chemical, emotional, and physical inputs. Less movement. Less regulation. Less true rest.

We don’t believe kids are “broken.”
We believe their nervous systems are overwhelmed.

And when the nervous system is under stress, the body expresses it.
Through behavior. Immunity. Sensory processing. Sleep. Digestion. Focus.

This is why pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care matters. Not to chase symptoms. But to support the system that controls every other system.💫

If you’re a parent and these stats hit home, you’re not alone. And there is so much that you do have control over! DM us or visit our website to find out more!

"From the very first visits, I felt the difference." 🤍 Juniper’s mom shared this with us after a high risk pregnancy and a challenging start to their relationship.

A calm baby doesn’t come from forcing sleep schedules or ‘waiting it out.’ It starts with the nervous system. 🧠

Juniper’s story is a powerful reminder of that. Swipe to read her mama’s experience ➡️

If you feel like there may be more going on with your kiddo, we would love to hear your story! 💬

Mamas, did you know your nervous system is one of your most powerful birth tools? 🤍 Here’s why. 👇

✨ Brake pedal (parasympathetic): supports safety and helps initiate labor when the body feels supported and secure.
🔥 Gas pedal (sympathetic): provides the energy, strength, and coordination needed to move through labor.
🩵 Brake pedal (parasympathetic): returns to support bonding, regulation, and recovery after birth.

When the nervous system can shift smoothly between these states, the body is better able to progress through labor and transition into recovery. When the body is stuck in stress mode, it can be harder for labor to begin, progress, or flow the way it was designed to.

This is why nervous system support throughout pregnancy matters so much.

We love seeing our Inspire Life mamas intentionally caring for their nervous system as they prepare for one of the most intense and powerful experiences of their lives. We are constantly in awe of what women’s bodies are capable of. Superheroes before, during, and after baby’s arrival. 👶🏼✨

Ever wonder how an office like ILC plans a whole year of care, events, growth, and support for families? 👀

Every year we take time to step back, zoom out, and dream forward. 🗓️
This past weekend was exactly that and we left feeling incredibly aligned, grateful, and excited!

As we head into a year that marks Dr. Gina’s 30th year in practice, we’re not just celebrating longevity, we’re celebrating growth, evolution, and a deeper commitment to serving families well. 🤍

So many new things are coming and we truly cannot wait to share them with you. Thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and being part of this community. ✨
