This challenge has biweekly ”Inbody” scans - which is a medical grade device that calculates body fat, muscle mass and other data… which is then used to create your individual meal plan 💚

Unlimited classes, 1 on 1 with a nutrition coach, and a private page to talk about everything as we go.

In This Challenge, the focus is not on weight lost… it is focused on losing fat and gaining muscle!
(Yes weight loss comes with that… but we know it’s not about the number on the scale! It’s about the progress in your body scans!)

My TOP 5 Tips when dieting!
AND #5 needs to be said.

If you choose to “diet” like actually diet, it’s because YOU CHOSE TOO.
So do you! Less whining about it, and more doing 🏆

If you’re finding that being uncomfortable in your diet phase is not working for you, maybe look at 2 things before you throw in the towel.
- Is your deficit too high? Resulting in binging / intense cravings?
- How long have you been doing this?

Those 2 factors may need some fine tuning.
If you feel overwhelmed, or unsure if you’re doing the “diet” thing correctly… HIRE A COACH!

Doing it properly will give you the knowledge and more then likely get you to your goal in the most efficient way.
Plus, you can complain to them about dieting lol (but not your friends and family! Leave them out of it 😉)

ANOTHER 6 WEEK CHALLENGE IN THE BOOKS! AND THE WINNER IS…

She lost:
9.3lbs
3.6% body fat
2.4lbs muscle gained!!!!!

And by adding up her percentage of fat loss and her muscle gained, she took the #1 spot by 1.4 points. There was a VERY close second place.

Scanning through Jess’s check ins… and they were not perfect 10s every week, but she was consistent. And my favorite part about her “challenge journey” were the positive mental changes that she reported to me. Which to me, are FAR GREATER than any physical change 🥰

If you’ve ever had the chance to coach her, or workout with her...YOU KNOW THIS.

This month we had a focus on unilateral lifts - yesterday’s exercise that we pushed to PR ...the lovely “B-Stance Back Squat”
This lift is perfect for strengthening & stabilizing any imbalances in the hips.

Anyway, here’s Teri in a B-Stance Squat for 205 #
(Her max back Squat was 215 #)
