HELP WANTED-FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
DermSurgery Associates-El Campo is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist. Must be friendly, be able to multitask, work well with others, have good typing and computer skills, and have excellent attendance.
Some duties include scheduling patient appointments, checking-in and checking-out patients, collecting copays/deductible, posting payments into computer system, verifying insurance benefits, scanning and updating patient information and paperwork, verifying patient appointments, and working on daily schedule.
Pay depends on experience.
We offer benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, and 401K
Working hours Monday thru Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Currently closed on Fridays, Fridays will become available in the future.

Dr. Angela Abouassi is thrilled to join Derm Surgery Associates in El Campo, bringing her passion for dermatology to the community. After four years of practicing and teaching dermatology at the University of Texas San Antonio/University Medical Associates, Dr. Abouassi is excited to continue delivering exceptional patient care in a new setting. Dr. Abouassi earned her master’s in public health from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by her MD from St. George's University. She then completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and her fellowship in Dermatology at the University of Texas San Antonio. Recognized as a 2024 Rising Star Doctor for San Antonio, Dr. Abouassi empowers patients with knowledge about their dermatological conditions and offers personalized guidance for skincare and dermatology.
She has a special interest in treating various skin conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, acne, hair loss in men and women, and hidradenitis suppurativa. Dr. Abouassi is committed to giving back through volunteer work, including at the Haven for Hope Dermatology clinic, and mentors’ pre-medical students. Dr. Abouassi is humbled by the overwhelmingly positive patient feedback she receives, reflecting the care and time she spends with each patient. Her exceptional qualities have earned her numerous accolades, including the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award and the Perfect Practice Partner award. Fluent in Arabic, English, and Spanish, Dr. Abouassi can connect with a diverse range of patients.
A member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Dermatological Society, and the International Immunosuppression & Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative, Dr. Abouassi stays current with the latest advancements in her field. She regularly attends the annual meeting of the International Immunosuppression & Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative at the American Academy of Dermatology conference, ensuring she provides the most effective and innovative treatments for skin cancer in immunocompromised patients. Dr. Abouassi has also authored a book chapter on dermatological procedures, showcasing her expertise and contributions to the field. With her dedication to patient care, education, and community service, Dr. Abouassi continues to have a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients and the broader medical community.

Greg Foster, PA-C

Greg Foster is a Certified Physician Assistant licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He graduated from Schreiner University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Biology. He then went on to UT Southwestern in Dallas, graduating in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Greg has specialized in dermatology since 2008, when he received focused dermatology training with Scott and White in Temple, Texas.

Greg is a native Houstonian and a family man who is passionate about dermatology and patient care.

Greg’s philosophy: Wants his patients to be treated how he would want his own family treated.

DermSurgery Associates began operating Dr. Ronald Cochran’s office in January of 2019. We are excited to be here in the El Campo community, to help patients with any Dermatology care that may arise. DermSurgery Associates is pleased to offer wide range of dermatology services through the Houston and surrounding areas.
