Are you pregnant 🤰 or do you have a baby or young child? 👶🧸
We have great news for you!

Through Volunteers of America, they offer completely FREE programs for families, including:

✨ Pregnant individuals
✨ Parents with babies and young children (newborns up to 3 years old, depending on the program)

💡 FREE services include:
✔️ Support during pregnancy and postpartum
✔️ In-home visits
✔️ Information about baby development
✔️ Screenings and assessments
✔️ Fun activities for parents and babies
✔️ Connections to free community resources (food, housing, transportation, medical services, and more)
✔️ Help accessing medical care, vaccinations, and health screenings

💓 Weeks 5–6:
Baby’s heart starts beating. Brain and spinal cord begin forming.
👣 Weeks 7–8:
Tiny arms, legs, fingers, and toes appear. Baby can move.
🍓 Weeks 9–10:
All major organs are formed.
🍋 Weeks 11–12:
Baby’s features are clearer. Bones begin to harden. Growth continues.
