Because of you, we collected 400+ pounds of food and raised $1,110 to support food banks in San Diego, Orange County, and the Imperial Valley. These donations will go directly toward helping families during a season when many are facing real hardship.

Kidney tip: before using over-the-counter pain relievers, talk with your care team. Frequent NSAIDs (ibuprofen/naproxen) can strain kidneys—especially with CKD, diabetes, or high blood pressure. Ask about kidney-safe options.
