We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Family Doctor/Internal Medicine specialist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose a wide range of health issues.
Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and preventive care strategies.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Eclinicalworks, ECW or EMR systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate care with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, psychiatry, and others as needed for comprehensive patient management.
Perform procedures including suturing, basic life support (BLS), airway management, and ostomy care when necessary.
Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, including hospital medicine and post-acute care scenarios, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Educate patients on health promotion topics like family planning, immunizations, diabetes care, and lifestyle modifications while supporting mental health through behavioral health initiatives.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, pathology, and clinical evaluation techniques.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, ECW or similar platforms for documentation and patient data management.
Experience with diagnostic imaging (CT scans), medical imaging interpretation, and radiology procedures like diagnostic radiology or interventional radiography.
Familiarity with specialized fields including cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, rheumatology, infectious disease care, and pulmonology enhances comprehensive patient care.
Strong skills in patient service delivery with excellent communication abilities to foster trust and understanding.
Ability to perform clinical procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, gastric lavage, wound care, and basic surgical techniques.
