As the dust from launch week settles, I’ve been sitting with the responses to Finally ME — and what’s moving me most isn’t the praise, but the recognition.

Readers have described the book as “beautifully illustrated and bravely told.” As a story that reminds them “healing is available to all beings.” As something that helps them “feel less alone on their own healing journey.”

Several people have spoken about how the art allowed them to “enter the story more deeply.” Others named the thread of “love, self-compassion, and forgiveness” that runs through the pages.

That tells me the book is doing what it was meant to do.

Yesterday came with a lot of celebration — but today feels quieter, deeper.

What keeps landing for me isn’t the bestseller badge itself, but what it represents.

I had the privilege of witnessing Frank Sala move from a lifetime of self-doubt, silencing, and disconnection into authorship, creative agency, and self-trust. That kind of transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through courage, honesty, and a willingness to keep turning toward oneself — even when it’s uncomfortable.
